
1. Communication of Action Planning Process Once a Project Plan goes live after the approvals process by the Planning Committee it is available to the Project Champion. The Project Champion can then start the action planning process;
2. Project Team Planning Establish the scope of each organization project or process improvement activity, the team members involved, the activities required for success, and the time-lines required for each step;
2a. Roles, Responsibilities & Accountabilities Each project champion and the team members have a clear understanding of what is needed for success in their roles and the interaction of projects with individual performance reviews builds accountability with everyone;
2b. Sub-Project/Departmental Objectives After organization objectives have been set or a main project has been established then sub-projects or departmental projects can be created and tracked. Dependencies to other projects are identified for scheduling and communication of progress;
3. Approval Process / Project Goes Live Once the Action Plan has been developed by the Project Team the Planning Committee is requested to approve or request revisions before implementation begins to ensure that the action plan is on target. Once approved, the Project Goes Live;
3a. Project Execution/Progress Tracking All organization projects and process improvement activities are given time-lines and tracked through review of milestones and any changes to times-lines are automatically communicated with the Automated Emailing System to team members, the supervisor of the project champion, and people involved in interdependent projects;
4. Project Completion Reports & Feedback The Automated Minute Meeting Minder, Automated Journal Entry System, and the project tracking system provide continuous feedback on the status of organization objectives and process improvement projects. A final report is created by the Project Team and sent to the Planning Committee for review;
4a. 360° Feedback on Individuals by Team each team member does an on-line Multi-Rater Feedback for their fellow team members. The feedback provided on multiple projects and team initiatives of an employee are collated and become an integral part of their Performance Management & Development Process, and;
4b. 360° Feedback on Team by Committee The Planning Committee reviews the final report, success of the project, AMMM and AJES to determine the Project Teams performance and success. They will also do an on-line Multi-Rater Feedback on the performance of the team as a whole using the same criteria as in 4a. This feedback is also collated and becomes an integral part of each team members Performance Management & Development Process.
