Gantt Charting System – When projects and process improvement activities are given approval and a time-line they are charted visually through the Gantt Charting System. Changes to time-lines and the status of projects are colour coded and the charts can be viewed by business imperatives, projects, sub-projects, and individual employee Gantts.
Automated Scheduling Feature (ASF) – When a project, task, assignment or learning initiative is assigned to someone it is automatically added to their schedules. Schedules are to be easily exported to other scheduling software in Outlook, Lotus Notes, PDA’s, Palm Pilots, Blackberries, etc.
Automated Meeting Minutes Minder (AMMM) – When meetings occur you can easily manage the communication, scheduling, assignment of tasks, reporting and recording for the team. The AMMM is available for all committees, boards, task forces and groups including temporary or add-hoc teams.
Automated Email System (AES) – Quite simply, when someone needs to know something, they will know. The emailing system is designed to inform the people that are associated to a particular action. Because emails can be time consuming, we have focused on making them very concise telling the reader only what they need to know and suggesting the action required from them.
Automatic Journal Entry System (AJES) – Whenever an action is taken; a time-line is changed; a note is attached that is managed by the system it is recorded in the AJES. This offers full accountability because any break-down in a project can be tracked down easily and the root cause can be identified. Avoid getting stuck in the “Whodunnit” approach to problem-solving and move straight to corrective action planning!
