Successful organizations make sure their strategies cascade throughout the organization from the top levels through to departments with a particular focus on individuals being connected to what needs to be done. They then support people with the right resources, tools, work processes, and skills to be successful.

Continued Support for Our Work
Following the assessment and strategic plan, Raidea Business Consulting provided K-line with on-going implementation services through complete consulting and training support. Raidea Business Consulting worked with the management team and the strategic plan to prepare an improvement plan for the year. The improvement plan included many operational, market place, human resources, training, and financial action plans. The net result for our organization has been the development of a very focused market strategy that increased revenue while also attaining significant gains in efficiency that have reduced cost and improved the bottom-line. Raidea provided a clear path for our organization and they continue to monitor our progress.

Scott Schweyer helped me turn the corner on my business. At the time I got Scott involved, our company had a clear picture of where we wanted to go, but were frustrated by our inability to move the company in that direction. We also had quite a disorganized and chaotic environment that ran the risk of Executive Burnout. I’m pleased to say that we’ve made dramatic improvements in both of these regards as a result of the project that Scott headed up a year ago. We aren’t even the same company.
Scott brought a perspective to our company that we lacked. He saw certain issues that we didn’t see, or simply didn’t recognize the importance of. He was a great complement to our Management Team. He proved to be the missing ingredient to the recipe of our success.

I would like to thank you and your staff for your ongoing efforts in helping convert my employees into a self-sufficient team. Since we have started working together, they have opened up communication with each other, and no longer feel the need to constantly use me as the intermediary. Many of the gains we have achieved with our front-line supervisors can be directly attributed to your work and coaching.

We have always had a culture development program called the SCM Way. However, it wasn’t meeting its purpose of developing the type of culture desired. Scott Schweyer and Jim Clemmer assessed with our team the current program, the challenges within our culture, and what we would like our culture to be. Scott, with Karen Lee, designed a program for both the leaders and the Team Members that has helped SCM live what it stands for. Investing in creating the type of culture we need to have for our on-going success has been very valuable.

Leadership defines the culture created in every organization. For that reason, Scott Schweyer and Karen Lee developed a program for our leaders to help them begin their own development prior to implementing with Team Members our new culture program, The SCM Way. Since leaders define what gets ‘lived’ in a culture, we wanted our leaders to have every opportunity to develop the desired means of leading before introducing the new SCM Way to everyone. It has been a very valuable process for our leaders to create their development plans that are focused on how they need to lead with the culture we are defining.

The Nuts and Bolts of It All is an experiential game created by Raidea that is an essential part of the SCM Way. It teaches everyone in SCM the critical elements of our success that includes the need to have the right leadership, work environment, safety and quality attitude, involvement, and productivity. We use The Nuts and Bolts of It All to teach and reinforce what is important both in our daily work and for on-going success of the business.
