The Monitoring Process

Each client has different needs for monitoring the success in attaining the overall strategy and improvement plans. Some clients contract with Raidea to provide on-going weekly to monthly follow-up while other clients are more comfortable following up on a quarterly basis. This is a client driven process. This stage only occurs after the development of an organization strategy and by that time each client is used to working with Raidea consultants to determine the amount of time needed for on-going monitoring.
