The Nuts and Bolts of It AllTM is an experiential exercise that teaches and reminds leaders what is involved in creating success for both their organization and the people working in it. The Nuts and Bolts of It AllTM is a half-day session with groups of 6 to 18 people. During the half-day, participants learn about the essential elements of leadership, workplace organization and efficiency, developing the desired culture, and how to define success.
The Nuts and Bolts of It AllTM is applicable to everyone because it uses proven, common sense principles for creating success within an organization. How organizations apply these principles is unique. The session stimulates participants to generate ideas both personally and for their organization about how to apply the principles.
