This session teaches managers how to become a High Performance Organization by using the Ten Step Performance Management Process on a consistent basis.  Some of the steps must be reviewed, evaluated and revised on a semi-annual basis to ensure these steps are up-to-date and relevant.

  9. Outlining The Training and Activity Planning Schedule
  10. Developing An Effective Performance Review Process

Pre-Work

  • Participants are asked to bring:
  1. The Core Competencies for a job they supervise
  2. Job Performance Standards
  3. A sample Job Description (preferably the one matching Competencies and Standards)
  4. A resume and application of a potential candidate
