RAIDEA'S TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
A Sample Program Roll-out...

The following agenda represents Program Roll-out for one of our client’s leadership development initiative:

Management Profiling – MEPS
Pre-Work

The pre-work for the management profiling system consists of a 360 degree, confidential, individualized, computer-driven assessment instrument, MEPS.

The self-assessment and five “others” package will be delivered to each participant prior to program launch and when completed, returned to us for compilation and reporting.

Individual Consultations (Optional Feature)
By Appointment

At Workshop 1, the full group will have undergone a guided interpretation of the feedback contained in the MEPS Report.  Optional, individual consultations are available for more in-depth and personalized interpretation of the MEPS at any time before completion of the entire leadership development program.  These individual consultations take on average 1.5 to 2 hours.  These appointments would be co-ordinated by your company (maximum of 3 consultations per day).

MEPS Benchmarking
Self-Administered Benchmark

Participant improvement is measurable.  Post testing, a method of determining progresses toward self-development goals is built into the program.  At the one-year anniversary of the pre-test, participants again complete the MEPS.  They can then gauge the effectiveness of change efforts undertaken over the duration of the leadership development program.

** Individual consultations will again be available on the same basis as the pre-program assessment.
