Program Outline
Phase I
We start with a 4 1/2 hour workshop. In the workshop we cover the basic theory of effective personal organization and personal productivity; we identify major time wasters such as crisis management, telephone interruptions, procrastination or a messy desk but primarily we learn processes to increase productivity.
Phase II
Our program is built around the recognition that the best way to reinforce an individual’s new skills is to provide quality training and follow up. Three to six weeks after the initial workshop one of our Consultants will contact you and arrange for a 45-minute appointment in your office. This “one on one” consultation gives you an opportunity to reinforce the training and allow us to help you personalize your Priority Manager system to meet your own unique needs.
Phase III
After the initial workshop and consultation, Priority Manager training continues with the ‘Priority Planning’ half-day workshop. As well as providing reinforcement, the workshop introduces new topics and skill development areas including Key Results, Project Planning, Goal Setting, Mind Mapping and Meeting Management.
Phase IV
As a client you are entitled to “resit” either course as a review, refresher and motivator at no charge!
