Consulting and Implementation Services are provided by our lean implementers regarding the start to finish implementation of lean practices, process mapping, assessing the readiness for lean practices, the development of Standard Operating Procedures, changing layouts and process flow, communication processes and helping develop the appropriate measurement systems for accurate and meaningful feedback.

Supervisory Training and Feedback is available throughout an implementation project. The attitudes and behaviours of front-line leaders typically decide the level of success for a lean implementation. Raidea provides on-going coaching and counseling during an implementation to ensure supervisors follow best practices for change with processes and employees. Additional leadership training may be developed or provided from our core curriculum to ensure success with an implementation.

Lean Coordinators are often developed internally to carry on with the success of a lean implementation. Raidea will help hire and train a lean coordinator for an organization. After the initial training, on-going coaching is available as required for the Lean Coordinator.

Third Party Quality Containment is available for customers on a performance contract during a lean implementation or as a fee for service. Third Party Quality Containment of parts is often needed to ensure customers do not receive poor quality parts. If the client pursues a performance contract then as the lean practices are developed the use of the third party services are decreased.
