RAIDEA'S TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
TPM: Total Preventative Maintenance

A fully successful TPM program allows machinery to be available when it should, running at the speed it should, and producing in the right way. Many organizations do not fully realize the amount of wasted process time and the increased costs they are experiencing as a result of not implementing TPM. Many organizations implement parts of the program but do not necessarily realize all of the benefits of having a fully integrated program between operators and maintenance staff.

Length of Program

The training program of TPM is delivered in 1.5 days. There is an additional half-day workshop to help an organization plan for the implementation of TPM as part of a lean implementation.

A half-day TPM program is also available for operators to help them understand the OEE and autonomous maintenance.
